Shipping is usually 7-14 business days. However, the timeline of when you'll receive your package depends on your location.
All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled. If your purchase has not been received, or you have received your item damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. The items must be unused and in their original packaging. Any request that doesn’t meet these requirements will be treated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny a refund should you not meet the above criteria. If we agree to a return or an exchange, please note that shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and the refund will be issued only when the return is received. Please remember to keep all receipts and tracking numbers for returned packages and provide proof of postage.
